Agile Coaching Programs
Our coaching programs are well-designed to assist Agile coaches and transformation leaders in becoming inspiring, proficient, and results-focused. Based on an innovative curriculum, each program is highly-customizable and interactive in order to support each unique Agile learning experience. The trainers with Agile Coaching Group have a deep conceptual understanding — and mastery — of the various Agile practice areas. With specialized expertise, they employ a variety of strategies that arm our learners with the Agile tools and techniques that will make you successful.
How we help you choose your program
Schedule a Call
We will schedule a video call with you to learn more about your strategic goals and assess your current Agile capabilities and readiness. This initial step provides us with a comprehensive view of your expertise and aptitude as it relates to your forthcoming Agile transformation journey.
Assess Maturity
Based on the initial call, our Agile experts will prepare a baseline assessment of your Agile maturity, which indicates where you are in your Agile journey relative to your goals. We will then provide standard guidance on how to apply what you will learn with a detailed Agile training roadmap that is tailored to your needs and interests.
Select a Program
The goal of our selection process is to recruit trainees for the Agile Training Program that will make the most significant contributions to the Agile community. We make these determinations based on the maturity assessment results that effectively identify a trainee’s strengths, as well as the gaps that may exist in their Agile knowledge and field experience. Collectively, these factors help us decide which Agile enthusiasts are a good fit for our programs.

Our Agile coaching programs deliver unique and immersive learning experiences that are highly customizable and interactive. Our trainees are guided by experienced Agile coaches who share deep domain knowledge with real-world perspectives during every step of the development journey.
The comprehensive curriculum focuses on the practical application of Agile tools and techniques so that next-generation Agile coaches are equipped with the “Agile toolkit.” These unique skills can be customized to meet the needs of any long-term Agile transformation journey.
