Overview
This program is designed to enable coaches to develop the capabilities necessary to drive an Agile transformation journey that is in alignment with an organization’s vision and goals. Trainees in this program will participate in many short virtual coaching conversations with our seasoned coaches who have deep transformation experience with Agile, leadership, and change management. Participants will also learn how to effectively apply the principles, practices, and techniques in the real world.

Components of The Program
There are three phases and associated milestones for program participants:
- Pre-Program Assignment: Participants will engage in reading and discussing complex, real-life scenarios of Agile transformation case studies. As a result, they will build their knowledge and work together as a group to examine each case. None of the case studies that we’ll cover in the program will have had a seamless Agile transformation story, thus providing the group with constructive fodder for discussion and synthesis.
- Strategy Phase: This phase of the program arms participants with a coaching mindset, practical techniques, and essential Agile skills for effective facilitating, coaching, mentoring, and teaching. In an Agile team context, participants will also learn how to define and develop a transformation strategy.
- Execution Phase: In this phase, participants will learn how to execute strategies for Agile transformation in a real-world context. Participants must complete at least 20 hours of facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and teaching in an Agile team context to reach the required milestone at the end of this phase.
Over the three phases of the program, participants will:- Join weekly group Cohort coaching calls
- Complete a weekly, 60-minute workshop focuses on facilitation, coaching, mentoring
- Complete monthly one-to-one assessments
- Take part in virtual follow-up sessions

Dates & Fees
The tuition for the program is 3500 USD.
