Overview
This five-day training was designed to enable agile practitioners to learn and acquire new skills through experiential learning activities during the training’s consecutive classes.
Participants will get hands-on practice and application of Scrum practices in preparation for using Agile project management tools — such as Azure Boards — to manage Agile projects. During this training, you will learn how to use Azure to organize, find, and report on your work, as well as learn to master the specific techniques, behaviors, mindset, and tools that are required to become an experienced and successful Agile practitioner.

What You'll Learn
In this hands-on course, participants will experience techniques for
managing and prioritising product enhancements and collaborating
with stakeholders. Simulations and conversations based on
scenarios experienced by real product teams ensure attendees have
the knowledge, skills, and above all, confidence to tackle complexity
in their own product development environments.
