Overview
The Certified Scrum Product Owner® course is suited for all levels of Scrum experience, especially for those responsible over product from a “business” perspective and for maximizing the value of that Product. This course introduces the principles, techniques, and fundamentals used by successful Scrum Product Owners to guide their teams and build successful products. Over 2 days of highly interactive and experiential training, participants will learn about creating a product vision and strategy, managing stakeholders, creating and grooming the product backlog, ordering user stories, and building user story maps. This course also provides extensive knowledge and understanding of the principles of Agile.
