Overview
As a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), you will acquire the skills, techniques, and foundational knowledge needed to get started with Scrum. This two-day, highly interactive course focuses on the understanding of core Scrum principles and lifecycle, the key duties of the Scrum Master, and how to apply Scrum to your projects.
